Thinning acrylic paint

Hi,
What I can use to thin 100% Acrylic Exterior Flat Paint, like KellyMoore 1240 Acry-Shield, I'm thinking of water but not sure...

The technical data sheet gives you the recommended thinning quantities. http://www.kellymoore.com/tds/1240TDS.pdf

Don't overthin or the paint will lose it's purpose properties

I'd shoot some Floetrol in it before resorting to water.
