Thanks For The Help...

Slick, I did post it in flooring and only got 2 replies...
where the painters gave me 10.... I understand it is a question about a floor
but the topics are all about other things....

for instance..

High build primer for Drywall new

New Deck (Multi-page thread 1 2)

Pressure Washing Paint Prep with Bleach

I wanted a painters point of view....

Re: Thanks For The Help...

I see
And I see what you mean
Most of the answers, though they disagreed with each other, were from painters
I suspect floor guys don't have to deal with this?
It's after they are gone?
Painters, delivery people, other services that need stuff moved, appliance installers, etc. do have to deal with this

I thought we would at least get an iron/no-iron opinion by an actual floor dude

Re: Thanks For The Help...

I replied to it in the flooring then deleted it because I thought I had some how messed up. It was a nice long reply too.

The bottom line is this...

How would have waiting on the husband to help you roll the fridge prevented the damage, was he going to lift the fridge up or something?

I would concentrate on it being faulty flooring. Surely the lady wants quality stuff, afterall, isn't that why she uses you to do her painting?

Wait and see what the floor expert says and just hope the floor expert isn't the same guy that installed that floor. An unbiased expert would be best even if you had to hire him yourself.

Good luck
