A surprising find at SW

If you're looking for a good waterbourne trim paint at a decent price, give the pro mar 200 gloss a shot. A good friend of mine who paints nothing but new residential turned me on to it. I started laughing and told him that the 200 semi gloss is not that good and wondered how in the hell the 200 gloss would be any better.

Long story short, I tried it recently in a basement that was just finished and loved the results. The stuff actually gets pretty hard and has a nice gloss sheen that's not to shiney. You've got to use floetrol when brushing though, it'll rope up if not. My buddy sprays the stuff and his trim looks pretty incredible...nice find for the money and who would've thought?

Watch out on Pro Mar 200 with any gold tints. It sinks to the bottom quickly and needs to be stirred regularly.
