Stucco Repair & Paint - ellevation problem

I have a very good in at this building - the problem is i dont know what material to use for the stucco repairs. they have used DAP stucco repair in the past but I think that product is Crap. anyone have a suggestion? we have a lot of freeze thaw here in Cleveland.

Also, elevation is a problem. the building is 120 feet to the bottom of the soffit. the soffit has eye bolts for a swingstage but that doesnt help me get the dormers. it looks like a clay tile roof but its a steel roof. still dont know if we can walk on it.

MY plan is to rent 2 - 120' lifts and hang some cables for out spyders. we will use spyders and lifts to repair and paint. as far as the dormers we will repell from the roof's peak. If anyone has a better idea let me know.

I'll bet the stucco guy who originally did the exterior could answer all of your questions. Otherwise, I am still trying to figure out what that pile of cr@p is on the substrate just below the decorative trim...what is that?

the white crap is where the existing stucco is failing and needs to be fixed. I would guess that close to 2% of the two sides of the building we are bidding on is damaged and needs repair but I cant be sure. some areas are not as obvious as that one. i am bidding the stucco repair at T&M so i dont get burned.

Wish one of the expert stucco repair guys on here could give me their secrete recipe for stucco patch.... maybe I will post this on the concrete forum or specialty trades.

Finally made a sale. I was getting scared for a second. I got the painting and roof replacement (the flat rubber roof you cant see in the pic) on that ugly pink building.

I am gong with 2 - 40' swingstages and a 135' lift. I am giving my guys 6 days for the stucco repairs (a product from BASF) and 24 days for the wash and paint. Hope I didn't bid it too tight, I am a little worried. we are only doing 2 sides for the paint.

this is going to be a fun project if all goes well. I will post progress pictures as the job moves along. its going to start on 5/27/09 weather permitting.

I'm not in the habit of giving away my pricing. I did bid the project pretty tight.

I like to get around $275 per man day for a decent profit margin. When the job is completed I'll post how many man days it took and the material quantities. you guys can do the math.
