Stucco repaint

Fellas, I've got a neighbor next to a remodel that I'm working on that would like and exterior paint bid. I told her no problem I'll be over in 30 minutes. The front of the home is all stucco, somewhat rare for oregon. I don't have any experience with painting stucco so I need a few pointers.
The home was built in 2002, stucco is in great shape with no signs of deterioration. Paint holding fine, homeowner just wants a fresh update.
I do know that the paint needs to be breatheable.
Thanks in advance for your pointers!

Brad

Most of your acrylics are breathable. If she wants an elastomeric make sure it is breathable or you will see a cool water balloon effect. oil base primer is not a breathable primer. Try to go with latex if you need breathable. Sherwin William has a great ext. product called Loxon its breathable with elastomeric properties. Loxon comes in a primer and a top coat. It's also good on wood and stucco. just make sure you have enough cost for materials because its not cheap. But she will love the look when your finished.

I second that Loxon XP is the way to go. Expensive but goes on anything and everything

From my experience Loxon XP is only good on stucco and masonry surfaces. We have had to touch up work where we used Loxon on minor wood surfaces/

I've painted wood stucco and masonry with loxon and never had a problem with it. It could be the wood you applied it to.
