Stucco Primer??

Does anyone know how to stop lime from leaching thru the paint on stucco? We use Dunn Edwards paint and the lime seams to leach out on some houses but not others. We always spray water on the stucco a couple times a day for about a week and a half to two weeks before we paint but some still leach thru. Any suggestions?
