Need more info. Stucco + what?
The best thing that I have heard of is injected foam. It fills all of the gaps, stops bugs phisically and contains a boric acid to prevent future bugs.
Our local # 772-460-6002. They should be able to direct you to someone in your area.
Do any anticipated wire runs first!
