spraying Trim

I sprayed 14gallons of trim paint today. these bigger houses wear me out. Does spraying wear you guys out? You would think holding a lightweight gun would be easy lol.
How much trim paint do you guys spray in a regular day?

However much I get done in 7-8 hours, lol....I own a business for a reason--my own hours, my own rules

I do mostly repaints, but I remember 1 job I sprayed 10+ gallons of oil primer on some wood beam ceilings...

way to go workaholic...are you an employee or owner?

How much.. lesse, my record for interior wall/ceiling is 58 gallons in 7 hours.. trim... something like 22 gallons but alot was benched. Wear me out? Nope, rolling ceilings wears me out more than spraying... personally.

I guess it is just me then. I am not talking about being worn out while doing it, i mean after, after the rig is clean and you get homeand out of the shower. Feeling like a hard day. While doing it i am all amped up.

actually the cleaning is the worst, most time consuming part. it takes me about 45min. to clean it best. BUT the time saved on ceilings and trim brushing is well worth the time cleaning.
