Spraying A Stock Room Ceiling, Need Advice

I am doing a job next week at a local mall. It is a retail store(empty, in the building phase) and I need to paint the stock room ceiling. It is just bare metal rafters. I believe it is 27 feet high. I am not sure if I should use Scaffolding or a scizzor lift.
Also not sure which sprayer will do the job. The ceiling is 47x34 feet diameter, 27 foot high. A worker of mine has a Titan 440. Will this sprayer do the job in one day? I need to buy a sprayer regardless and am looking at the Graco line. I do not do alot of spray work, I may have a few larger jobs like this one a few times a year, but most of the time I just spray a ceiling or two a week.

I also need recomendations on what paint to use, should I use "drop fall"?

I appreciate the help.
