If you are looking for a quality sprayer that will continue to keep making you money for years go with the 440i
The sprayer in your link is of poor quality, usualy pushed at HO's, it will not hold up, and will not be very versitile.
Myself i am a graco man, but you get a lot of sprayer for a reasonable amount.

it probly has been spoken about before, but how is the graco 395... i am a full time trim carpenter with a few guys workin for me, and i have constantly be asked if i can recommend painters, so i thought to my self, why not invest and do both. My wife's brother has been painting for a crew for quite a few years and he would head up the painting crew... he recommend graco to me but i am not sure, just looking for a reliable, qaulity sprayer...

Like i said i am a graco guy, with that being said.
Titan good value, gpm's are a little lower on the titan .47, and so is the price. Spraying ceilings i would recommend not pushing it to hard.
Graco 395, 100-200 dollars more. The gpm's are going to be about .54 if you are buying a current model. This will come in very handy when spraying ceilings, and or walls.
If it was me i would buy the graco because the 395 will out perform the titan, also if you take care of your things it will be around for many many years.
The graco will come with a better quality gun as well, that with the graco bucks you can use for free tips or what ever you want.
Also titan/wagner/spraytech are all the same company, and it takes all 3 companys to come in second to graco.
I run a couple 695's and they are true work horses, i also run a 390 i like to use for oils, and stains.

thank you very much for the input, been doing alot of searching and researching on both models and they seem quite comparable, with the graco having some advantages.... thanks again..

Regional paint mfg has the titan 440i @ 700 and SW is offering graco 390 for $780 + 150 graco bucks.
Either one is good value for a small pump.
I would pass on that 420 titan.
They have those at hd for the buy it, finish job, and return it crowd.
Helps them sell product to ho diy people.

I have a graco 395,been running it for years and it just keeps going and going, just like the energizer bunny.Gotta put a pump kit in every 4-5 years,5o$ a crack, but you can do that yourself.I mainly run latex primmer and topcoat through it.

if you go graco watch out for the new contractor guns, I did a thread on them, about them sticking when triggered.
