Re: Sprayer
What kind of painting? How much painting will you be doing? What will you be spraying? How much do you want to spend? You need to let us know some more before we can give you a recommendation.

Re: Sprayer
I have to agree with gcajnr21
Titans are tough machines and will last a long time, I had numerous 440s and just this fall upgraded to the 600 series machines. Tanks and can push serious material loads and shoot the finest. |

Re: Sprayer
I agree, the 440i is a great rig for a first rig. If you are a doing a lot of spraying you might want to get a bigger one.

Re: Sprayer
the titan 440i is great for a beginer. And someone that isn't useing everyday. I have a spraytech ep2510. big electric machine. very heavy to load and unload.. But, will run 2 guns with 200 ft. of hose or what I do is use 500 ft. and one gun. never have to unload it of the truck. this is the way to go... expensive though! and I use mine everyday non stop! If you are just useing it to prime and maybe spray ceilings. then cut and roll the rest. 440i is your machine!

Re: Sprayer
It depends on how much spraying you are going to be doing. I would suggest a graco 695, You will have to drop about 2 grand or so but as we all know you get what you pay for. The 695 can choke down all materials except block fillers. The 695 is the most versital, good for spraying cabinets, ceilings, ect.. now if you are a smaller handy man company i would go with a smaller unit, like the titan 440 or the graco 495. I think a graco will out run a titan. We had a titan 660xc that would run hot then blow a fuse. Our graco rigs have paid for themselves 1000 times over.
