Sprayed On "blue Stuff" In Garage


I recently toured a high end home with some type of blue stuff sprayed on the studs and sheathing around the interior perimeter of a roughed-in garage (no drywall or insulation) to a height of about 3 feet. Anyone know what that is?

It prevents mold/mildew from growing and I believe termites from eating... I dont remember the name of the product used...
