Spray-on-Siding

Looking for opinions, pro and con,on this fairly new product and it's claims.

It sounds good for associations and Towns where Vincl siding is prohibited, but does/has anyone here had personal experience with this product.

This "product/service" has actually been around for years. My recollections of it were that so-called contractors would sell this service at a very high price using the life-time guarantee to close the deal. Then in a year or two that company would be long gone leaving no one to address warranty issues. If you search here or on google, you will find evidence of a lot of scams. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. My 2 cents.

Well there is a local guy who has a bad rep that seems to drive around all day without actually doing any work.
He recently started selling this service.I didn't want to associate the Company with his reputation.

I wanted to know how true their claims were, since I do Vinyl on occasion, and needed opinions to steer HO's away from this service.

Sometimes actual hands on opinions are better than blogs that may be from a few unhappy HO's.I'd like bto know about the industry as a whole. It seems unbiased positive opinions are hard to find.

Just trying to verify the information so the HO can make an educated decision.

We had a company several years ago who got into selling this product. I used to tint it for them, because they didnt have a tint machiene. It'seemed really good, but reminded me alot of just a standard Elastomeric type product, just more expensive I dont tint the coating anymore for them because......well they're outa business.....sooooooo...
