It's like that everywhere. The only way to survive is to maintain your business. Cutting prices is definately going to hurt you once things pick back up.

It is always easier to lower prices than to raise prices. Remember this as it will be something you will have to face in the near future.

The best thing to do is NOT see the hacks and lowballers as your competition. Keep your pricing intact and when you meet HO that are interested in quality over price it will save you.

Its getting worse than that bro..

Ive been low balled by large companies a lot lately... I mean BIG time low balled...

The big guys are working for free... Hell, they might be on this site... i wont name names...
