Satin enamel by far
Both waterborne and alkyds...they are still split
...at least out here

Some high end customers are more environmentally conscience, and just don't want the oils
There's still a market for high end customers who figure if it doesn't kill baby seals, it must suck, and if the gov't is trying to take it away, it must be great

But either way, it's a satin enamel

For the new bread it's satin, for the old school I am doing allot of gloss believe it or not.

thanks guys, im out here rockin with my FFT312 rac x this thing is great.

Last week I thought I could run latex through my hvlp, well you can but it is like an air brush.

be carefull, manufactures paint have differnt sheen levels for satin and semi. I prefer a moderate sheen

Hey Tyler, I have two hvlp's & havent used them at least five years. WAY to slow. As soon as I tried the fine finish tips in my airless I was sold. I get the production and the finish I need. The extra masking is more than offset by the production over the hvlp.
