Roller Covers

How many of you clean out roller covers and reuse and how many use a different one for each color/job? I would like to use a new roller for different colors in one job so I won't have to take the time to clean them out ( I hate cleaning out roller covers) but I am not sure the time saved would be worth the cost and I don't want to use cheap covers. So what does everyone do?

Re: Roller Covers

i use a different one for each color....when i get home i still have to clean brushes, cups and then make dinner , do business stuff, do laundry , clean...so time is money and i'd rather buy new then have to take the time to clean them.buy my rollers in bulk so they are not that expensive

Re: Roller Covers

Can't remember the last time i washed a roller. I use woosters super doo z or pro doo z I find them online or at pro show and buy in bulk that keeps the price down on them.

Re: Roller Covers

I use whizz fabs, takes about 5 minutes to clean one, holds as much as the purdy versions and yes... I use a different one for each color if I do more than one color per day. I've had one particular whizz fab cover for over 8 months now. The other ones.. I buy per job and toss.

Ok well maybe ten minutes to clean but still.
