Recommended Or Overkill?
Have a job nxt month replacing old base trim with new and adding crown molding with all walls and ceilings geting repainted. The walls are not in bad condition, just needs to be cleaned and freshened up. Walls will be color matched and painted the exact same color. do u guys think that washing the walls down with TSP then topcoating without primer would be cutting corners or not?
