Question

Professional Painting Estimators

My company is a new start up in Boston, Ma. I'd like to bid commercial projects but do not have the expertise to do the take-offs for a project as big as the ones that I'd like to bid(80-150 unit projects). I'd like to work with an estimator who has the expertise to work with me and help my company grow. However, I'm wondering if I can get someone who would be willing to take a percentage of the bid amount if I get the job. Would you consider this to be reasonable? Also, does anyone know a professional painting estimator familiar with large projects in the Boston area that can help me?
