priming over stained wood

hi, i need to prime over previously stained wood as i need to have a a white satinwood finish , is zinsser 123 ok for the job or will i get tannin bleed ? any help will be much appeciated .

hi, just found out that it's been given a coat of 123 already , will this be sufficient ?
