Pricing Pressure Washing

I have to give an estimate on a 2200 sq ft home with vinyl siding. I estimate it will take a crew of 2 to compete this job in a day. Just curious as to what others are charging for this type of work.

Depends upon where you are located (so I have been told). Do you brush gutters? Use specialty cleaners? Use any cleaners at all ? An approximating formula you can use is:

1 st floor: $1.50 per LF
2 nd floor: $3 per LF
$.20 per s/f for concrete

$500-$600 would be my price if it we're straight forward. I love vinyl, though I rarely get it-everybody has wood up here.

You guys are rocking it on housewashing. On our boards we have guys complaining they are losing jobs to lowballers at $99 for houses that size. My crews can do a house that size in under two hours including gutter scrubbing. Average price is about $475.

$800.00 to pressure wash a 2200 square foot home? You've got to be kidding, I could pressure wash that house in three hours and make money at 250 bucks. I would more than likely charge 350.00 and I'm in the Louisville KY/Southern Indiana area. I would seriously run you off my property if you gave me that quote.

one man day...tops. i'd be out of there by lunchtime.

heck, i'd even scrub the gutters/ eves with an extension pole setup.

setup, pressurewashing, cleanup.....>1 man day.

I'm about to sign a contract for power washing & Painting a House with Cedar Shakes Siding, Total Price = $34,000.00 for 5,200 s/f of exterior walls. And the trim gets a diferent color. The highest area is 24 feet. What do you think on this one?
