Price Help Ext. Block On Commercial Building
Hey guys I need some help for pricing a commercial building. I mostly do Residential repaints and some interior tenant finish painting. Here's some info.
18,000sq. of concrete block that's been painted and is in good condition. Height is 16- 20' high with good access around the building for a boom lift. Bid powerwash then spray 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Satin finish. I need some help with sg.ft prices is $1.00 -1.50 a good starting point? Thanks for any help. Location is St. Louis |

Did they spec the paint or can you chose to prime first with a tinted primer. i would bid it that way since how you are using a satin finish. any how i would go at least 2 bucks a sqft do you have to use booms dont forget that cost.

Re: Price Help Ext. Block On Commercial Building
is it split face or flat cmu would be the first question splitface would cost more since you cant backroll it with an 18" roller, i would also recommend an elastomeric coating instead of regular paint
