Swish, you will find power washing to be one of the most profitable areas of your business. I tell you what I charge: 55.00 per hour. I get people dropping out of airplanes without shoots to get me to power wash. The going rate in my area is 80.00 per hour, and 120.00 per hour for steam power washing.
I can run an advertisement just for power washing, in the service directory of my local newspaper, and spend two weeks straight of getting wet in the summer heat and not lifting a paint brush.
