Painting Unfinished New Windows

I'm painting new construction house and lady wants a special off white color on the windows. Therefore was not able to get them pre finished. What is the best way to tackle painting these. I would like to spray them but would have to remove all hardware and tracks. Is there an easy way to do this? Just treat it like staining windows and just brush out the windows by hand???
