No problem. I'll let you know if I hear of a release date for the new version.

You don't have that on a laptop do you?
And do it on site for an estimate right there when you are at the sales presentation?

Re: Painting By Square Ft.?

Yes, I do have it on my laptop, and I can do it right then and there, but at this point, there is still much information to be entered, so I'm not quite ready to do them on site. However, I have my lappy and a print/copy/scan between the seats in my van. You should have seen the look on my current customer's face this morning. He was going to take my signed contract and make a copy himself "I have a copy machine!" First, I didn't want him walking with my signed contract, and second I can print it on the spot...I said, "How bout I just make a copy right now in my van" He gave me the funniest look, like "you can do that?" LoL!

Also, I take the lappy in when I do my presentation, open up, turn on, enter all customer info into program...that way, I'm looking at the program right then and there, and it helps me remember to get things I always forget like zip codes, home phones (everyone here has a cell), business phone, and e-mail. NOBODY, and I mean none of my competition carries a laptop into a customer's house.

I use my lappy and laser measurer to help impress the customers. It's funny how little things like that improve your image. I put the details into my lappy, my competition scribbles it on napkins.
