Painting Inside Corners
I did a search but didn't find anything. I'm not a full time painter but have painted a couple of the last houses I worked on. Maybe I'm too anal but I've always hated how the inside corners look when painting drywall. What I mean is, the roller obviously doesn't work to get all the way into the corner. I've used a paint brush and some of those narrow foam rollers that fit into the corner but always go back to the paint brush. I can always see
where the rolling texture meets the brushing texture and I hate itIs there a better way or am I looking to close If I had my way I would spray everything |

Re: Painting Inside Corners
You're looking too close
You could try a hot dog roller (mini roller) with a sleeve with a nap They usually have nap on the ends so they get into the corners w/o a brush ...but not as well as a brush and of course you run into other issues But you may like it, it's worth a look ![]()

Re: Painting Inside Corners
I have a couple of those but they probably won't work much better than a regular roller. I find that paint builds up on the end. Guess I'll just have to live with it.

Re: Painting Inside Corners
Reminds me of a great story one of my guys told me. They sent an apprentice on their job to the store to buy a "corner brush". They made up a whole story about how it looks and how it works. After about an hour, the apprentice came back frustrated that he could not find one, nor could the dude at the paint store help him out.
