Painting Bid Rates

Hi, I have a good chance to get 8 rehab condo's that will be completely gutted and of course redry walled. I will get in there and paint it out before they throw up the trim and etc. In other words it will be like walking into a new construction house. I would like to get in there and spray and back roll the primer and paint all one color like they want. The condos are 4 of them 900 square foot and the other are 800. Anyone know what the going rate per square foot is for priming and painting. I live in Illinois and the job will be in Chicago. Is there a site I can go to to get the rates? Thanks for your help, Scott.

Try reading these first

maybe try a search for what to charge and estimating guides and such

If you are looking for an estimating guide, they cost money, there's no web freebies
If you do a search on estimating guides you'll find they can be a tool, but most often are wrong anyway

The best way is to know what to charge is to know your overhead, and know your production rates
