Paint Exterior Metal Railing
I going to bid on painting exterior railing for an restuarant. Sand,Prime, and paint. Any metal is not rusted or at least a good sanding and Primer can't fix. What is a good primer to use and what is good paint to use. Need flat black finish. Exposed to sun quiet a bit in Texas.

Re: Paint Exterior Metal Railing
If it's steel, hit the rust spots with Ospho and from there on, I'm a Rustoleum guy. Red primer and black paint. It should last until it wears off. BTW, this is oil based but it lasts quite a few years even in our salt environment.
