Re: Overhead?
There is not a normal percentage.
How much would you advertise? New, used vehicle(s) Office space or not? Phones, fax, insurance, internet, etc. Uniforms, training, memberships, equipment maintenance, disposal expenses, storage, bookkeeping, accounting, legal etc. How many people would you need to spread this over? Despite what most people think, a smaller company has bigger overhead per hour A large company can be spread overhead over many manhours. In other words there is no magic answer, keep working on it, you will get there.
