I remember riding my bike to school (about 10 mi.). We didn't get much snow in the Bahamas and we didn't wear shoes most of the time. As a kid, I could run through a field full of sandspurs barefooted.

...yeah these days kids dont have to walk, their mom is chauffering them in her oversized SUV (soccerball magnet included)

...and it's downhill both ways with a strong backwind and nike's on their feet

playing with their ipod in the back seat, just waitin' to get home to download more tunes of the internet, aka...newspaper for kids
