you can't use it here in NJ either. sherwin williams has a sweet water reducable oil that covers in 1 coat and canbe brushed but leaves no brush marks.

Interior trim - oil-based as long as I can still use it. Flows better, finishes better and covers better. PPG/Porter Glyptex is the best on the market (IMO).

Interior walls I use premium latex products from various mfgrs.

2 yrs. ago, ACE discontinued most of their Oil production.

Many other mfr's. have or soon will be doing the same.
(Very few lines will have much choice within 5 yrs.)

The wave of the future is in the "Waterborne Alkyds", like ACE's Cabinet/Door & Trim paint, Cabinet-Coat, etc.

yes it's for residential. pro mar 200 water reduceable. good product just cleans with water.
