Non-union Prevailing Wage Jobs

how many of you non-union guys work on prevailing wage jobs?

I am bidding a HUD reimbursed project (nursing home) that involves painting, drywall, VCT flooring, plumbing, demo, and FRP carpentry. That is a bunch of different prevailing wages rates going to the same jack of all trades I will have on the job.

My questions is: Have any of you completed any HUD (U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development) jobs and did they request payroll reports?

Is it worth my time breaking down jobs to meet all the wage requirements?
