New Homes

Can anyone give me idea about pricing in a small to medium size new homes in SouthWestern Ontario. I know that price per sq. going around $1 to $1.50, depending on the builder, but i don't know anything about trim, doors, railings, exteriors and other extras.

Thank You.

Re: New Homes

I know nothing about Canada pricing, George would be best here if he's still around. I CAN tell you trim and doors normally are included in the 1-1.50, railings and exteriors are addons.

Normally.

We avoid new construction like the plague, so I wouldn't be
the right person to help you.
That sounds too low to even consider it (for us).
Danahy is from your area, he may know more.

Re: New Homes

I avoid it also. Repaints only. New if it's custom, or a basement, but definately leave it to the production guys.
