New Commercial


Hey all,
I rarely get stumped on a bid however I got a guy who is a friend of a friend that is the superintedint on a new commercial buiding actually two bldgs. one is a shell, the other is a Hobby Lobby the Hobby Lobby is right at 22,000 sq ft and the shell is about 23,000 I rarely do new commercial work and what I have done were not near this do you guys have a formula you go by? I want to be reasonable but I also want to make a profit. Any Suggestions?

See your own message below, if we are not responding it's because you are not giving enough information.. Hobbylobby... ok, that could mean anything.. railings? Wall height? I mean... i'd need blueprints on the thing to tell you anything. But don't post the same message every week eh? Just keep your old one alive.

I just picked up the plans today, on the first post I didnt have sq footage so I was throwing it back out to see if anyone had something to offer, I wasnt looking for sarcasim

Sorry if you took offense, but this post is almost exactly the same as the one a few posts down... just re-up your old post instead of starting a new one... fact remains, not enough info.
