New Comercial

Hi all I have been a painting contractor for about ten years now but just recently started getting alot of calls for new comercial work, I assume it is because I have been here for awhile and have a good reputation the thing is I have only done a couple of new comercial jobs and am not sure im getting what it is worth..
Can you guys give me an idea of what you charge for new comercial?? Resturants for instance

Thanks, Ken
