Need Painting Take-Off Form for Interior Work

Can anyone forward me a checklist/take-off list i can give to my painters so they know exactly what needs to be painted please ??!!

Skimstone for kitchen counters

Was watching a HGTV program today and they showed how you can redo a countertop with something called skimstone by Modern masters. Anyone here ever played with skimstone?? and is it really a good application for a countertops cause it's HGTV and i'm a little leary??

I went to a workshop on Skimstone a few months ago. They didn't say anything about countertops, and I'd be hesitant to use it there. It's a water soluable product, and I can't see how it would hold up on a counter top.

It is a neat product though.
