Haven't tried that, but I've had good results with the Armor Seal 1K urethane products for coating concrete floors. I assume this is concrete, right?

I've used the high performance floor enamel several times. I really like the way it applys and the finish was very nice. I'm not sure on the durablitity because both projects I used it were only finished in the last several monthes. I paid $20 or 21 a gallon for it.

If anyone does know how this stuff holds up I'd love to hear about it.

I've used it twice in the last year. It went on great and leveled smoothly. If you are putting this or anything else on bare concrete, make sure you do a damm good job on the prep. If the concrete is bare, scrub it clean with a degreaser or TSP and then acid etch it with muratic acid. If the concrete is trowled smoth, etch it several times. Concrete floors are about the hardest material I know of to keep paint on. Thats why so many people have concrete surfaces topped with epoxy stone.

On new, unpainted or smooth concrete, I prefer using a concrete stain.

Good advice. H&C Shield Plus Ultra acrylic concrete stain is a good product for that application. If it's a garage floor, you want the H&C Silicone Acrylic concrete sealer.

If you choose the High Performance Floor Enamel, make sure it is water based. I had to wait over 2 days for a basement floor to dry enough to walk on because i used oil based. Latex dried fast as hell

I have used the BM latex version with excellent results
I would heartily recommend it for a laundry room
I have used it on old concrete, wood, and drywall
I would expect the SW version to work as well
