Need help selecting primers

I'm a concrete guy and not a painter. So I need some advise. I just picked up a fixer that needs a lot of work. It contains old carpet that has numerous pet stains and also contains two bathrooms that have mold problems. I'm gonna tear out all of the flooring throughout the house and also gut both bathrooms. I know I'm going to have to reprime and paint the entire house. I need some advice on what primers to use throughout the house. First off I was thinking about using Zinsser 123 on all of the main walls followed by a Valspar Ultra Premium topcoat. Secondly, I was considering using either the 123 or BIN to prime all of the trim molding throughout the house. Which is better for trim?

Not not sure what the level of mold problems are in the bathrooms until I gut them. Whats the best way to deal with mold problems on subfloors? I will redrywall the baths and problem do some remodelling. But I'm curious about the subfloors? If there is just mold with no real water damage can I just kill it with bleach and then maybe even prime the subfloor with BIN to seal it nice and tight? Would I risk mold regrowth? I plan to upgrade teh current venting system so future mold shouldn't be an issue.

Also, if the pet stains are throughout the house would it be feasble to actually prime the entire subfloor to seal in any odors? Would BIN be my best choice?

Lastly, I can salvage the kitchen cabinets but they will need painted. Should I again opt for BIN as a base or 123? What would a good topcoat be? Should i go semi-gloss on cabinets or would a Kitchen and Bath paint with enamel be a good option? Or even satin?

Maybe a water, bleach, and tsp mix for the mold, and scrub the surface, if not rip the drywall out and replace.

If this is a house that you are going to flip, I would mask off areas not to be painted and spray the entire home, trims, walls, doors, cabinets. For the Flip houses that i do in NYC, we spray walls, ceilings, doors, and trims.

Thanks for the tips. The drywall in the baths will probably come down anyway. I doubt it's green board and since I'm probably going to reconfigure at least one of the baths it won't be a big deal. So the subfloor will probably be the only thing remaining in the baths with potential mold problems.

I've seen them spray on TV but I've never done it and don't personally know any that has. Don't have the equipment either although I'm sure I could rent it. The house is in a better location and has a nicer yard than my current home so we are contemplating moving into this one when it's finished and selling our old one. So I want to do a good job upfront.
