need help with paint estimate

hello everyone, i'm looking at a project that requires painting. it consist of painting walls only with a 6 in. border removal around the whole room the rooms are approx. 700 sf of walls, needing one coat of paint. that is that i measured the lenght of walls x 8 ft height., is there a price per sf ? and what about the wall paper removal?

Charge by the hour if you can, but if not there are a bunch of factors involved, including how experienced you are. I dont charge per foot when estimating walls, but maybe some do. It's at least a $500 job, but that's only what I gather from what you've said. This is all I got for ya
