Need Advice

Hi Guys, I have been spraying with Graco Airless for 30 years and have never had this problem. My fairly new 1095 electric pump's ball sticks everytime I store it for over a day. I have tryed storing it in water, paint thinner, pump life and tapping on it with a hammer usually unsticks it. But I hate having to beat on a 3500 dollar rig. any advice?

Re: Need Advice

Is it still under warranty? Might be a mechanical issue, like a slightly tight seat that traps the ball.

Could be a piece of debris that is stuck on the seat or in the ball chamber that is traping the checkball as well.
