Low voc alternative to BIN??

I have an allergy sensitive client with water stains on the ceiling. Is there an alternative to Zinser BIN, (which I think is Shellac based)?

Try Zinsser's alkyd odorless but you might need two applications.
RONA has it.

FYI, Zinnser's Odorless is an acrylic resin in solvent. If you think you will need an alkyd resin to seal the stain, Odorless might not work. On the other hand, since the solvent is not water, it might reduce the risk of the water stain bleeding through as it drys.

I am not sure it's the same product,
but we don't get the orange label one here in Canada, it is green.
It works ok, but it likely needs 2 applications.
A positive note, it flashes less than the BIN if you spot-prime on a flat ceiling.
