Litex Application
Hello! Doing an estimate for a motel that needs Litex applied on all the walls of the rooms. Wondering if someone could give me an idea what people are charging for this application? We've done lots of texturing, but not with this particular product.
Same as regular texturing? Or more because it's specialized? Thanks! |

Re: Litex Application
We used it once. You have to make sure that the walls are very clean or else it will not stick. We used a hopper sprayer to apply. It is a slow process. We did a light coat with a knockdown. Got 600 sq. ft a gallon coverage. We mixed in a gallon of colored paint, instead of a gallon of water to each bag and then added small amounts of water to get the consistency we were looking for. I THINK that we charged $1.27 a sq. ft. Don't quote me on that, because it was a while ago. Nice product though.
