why not break it down by units, how many windows I see they are 6 over 6 double hung, How much glazing needs replacing, any cracked or broken glass, caulk, spackle and sand, then full prime or spot, then how long would it take you to do one of those windows? off the ladder and off the ground,Then add your numbers up. how many gallons of paint did the HO buy, where did he get his numbers? I would two coat eveything, plus full prime.
