Question Just need some help with a bid sheet.....

First off, I want to say how awesome this site is. I am new to this site and I think in the past week I have spent hours upon hours on here. I just need some help with bid sheets. I have been painting for a little more the 2 years and all of my jobs have just been verbal. I would like to make it more professional for the client and for me as well. Can someone please help me out. Thanks again.

Welcome!

If I understand you correctly. you've been working with verbal contracts for two years?

If so, I can't believe you haven't been hosed yet
If that's what you mean, you're looking for "contracts", not "bid sheets"
And you definitely need those, ASAP

bid sheet

Yes, I have been basically running on verbals for a little bit. Only on the smaller jobs. I have a contract that I have for like the bigger ones. I just need some help with bid sheets for the smaller/larger jobs to give to the customers on the spot. Thanks for the fast reply.

Ah, I see
I don't use those, and I'm not sure there's any painting ones in the file swap
Might be worth a look though

...and maybe someone that does use them will post up
