Issues With Duration Int.

Has anyone had or heard of any issue recently with Duration interior? Here's the deal, stopped by SW today to give him my order for tomorrow, spec'd Duration for a condo I'm doin this week and The Store Mgr informs me that several people(both contractors and homies) have been complaining about Duration being watery and not covering worth a darn. He said its mainly in the Flat sheen. The job is spec'd for Matte but I'm not sure I want to take any chances if there is an QC issue goin on.
I'm not payin Duration prices if I can get better performance from Superpaint although Superpaint isn't available in Matte.
Any insight??

Sounds like news to me. I haven't had any issues with Duration in any sheen I've used. Duration is a somewhat watery paint if you're talking about viscosity. It's not a thick goop like some paints are. It's actually quite smooth and easy to apply because of that. I love the stuff.....

Duration is kinda thin, dries fast and covers great imo. We rarely get to used it just. Sometimes banks and hospitals. I love it!

News to me. If you read the data sheet it does specify two coats in order to be able to clean it. I've only used it at funeral homes and a few residentials. But it seems to work great.
