Interior Stucco Fireplace
I have a fireplace in a new construction, and the entire surround is going to be stucco (osb, #15 felt paper, metal lath, stucco). I have tried to read all of the posts about painting stucco, but I haven't found anything that applies to this unique situation. My concern is what type of paint can be used (primer, final coat, etc.) for this interior application? Has anyone had this type of situation, and if so, was the stucco painted or was the color always mixed into the stucco? Thanks for any help you can give!

Re: Interior Stucco Fireplace
SW Loxon Block Surfacer is what I would recommend.
