Interior Project
heres a little more info from my first question. its a remodel the contractor will mask everything. all my measurements are actual wall space. 3452 walls one coat primer one topcoat, 7 doors, 1200 sq ft cielings. all material provided they just want my labor. i know everyones numbers will be different just looking for general ideas.thank you for any input

More info. Make sure you point out that 1 coat over a primer will probably show thin areas by the cut lines. This is normal for 1 coat as far as I'm concerned. Excessive touch up should be expected and figured into your price. 1 coat of anything but a flat can most likely show some flashing on any smooth wall. A texture is more forgiving, but don't get stuck basically putting on 2 coats for the price of 1. Make it known you will not be held liable for someone elses masking job..etc.

thanks for the advice i normally do 2 coats on everything and wouldnt have even thought about that.
