I hate lacquer
I have had a policy of "I do not spray lacquer", that I broke this month. I have been wanting to do some higher end kitchen work using spray stains, glaze, and figured lacquer would be necessary for final product appearance it efficiency of use.
Now, I want to go back to my former policy. I am sick of sweating out lacquer smell (and yes, I wear a respirator with fresh canisters). Anyone having good luck spraying waterborne clears? I have only sprayed Graham's ceramithane once, and it was okay, but it is a little thin for spray work, IMHO, but it feels almost like lacquer.
Any tips or product suggestions for the WB clears on higher end woodwork?
