How Do You Estimate Decorative Painting


how do you estimate decorative painting , labor plus materials? to be done in an entire newly constructed apartment building?

having a hard time figuring out what to do.

I don't do decorarive painting just painting but I have to beieve it would be the same. I estimate how long the job will take usually number of days. multiply that by my daily rate of $600 per day then add estimated material costs and submit the bid as a set price that includes labor and materials.
