You wanna know how is the contract to get the builders for the painting of the materials ? Or is it the painting bids for the material that the renovations will go for in this? I have photos of painting that I bid on daily, but that are not material to the documents that we have. In closing I usually ask for the ammount bid but add a little extra if the photo's of the letters are too revealing. Ya dig ?

Go to a job and just guess as to what it will take to paint it. Good luck

I think learning basic skills such as basic grammar and spelling would go a long way in showing a general contractor that you are not a dumba s s.

Other than that, just go ask the painter he is using how much he charges and how he does it, so you can underbid him.

If you asked the painting contractor how much he charges, he will probably lie to you. The best thing is to wait until the painter leaves and count how many 5gal and 1gal pails are in the house and dumpster. If you charge $35.00 per gallon you should get the job. Be sure to count used roller covers too and add those back in to the price.
