holy mother




I get off the phone with this painter thats been out of work for mmmm i think he said 8 months...

He told me he wanted 16 OFF the books...

THAT took some balls ... dude... holy **** thats equiv to about 20 on the books.... For what??? he gona make me coffee and put my pants on in the morining?

Someones HIGH sometimes i just dont know if i want to laugh or **** myself...

Ive said it before, i have no problem paying above averages for a person.. But they have to be frign elite... If i cant count on them when im off site.. man...take yo ass to the unemployment line hahahah

well we all say it, you get what you pay for. If he can double your output then.. maybe.. I have a couple guys I am thinking about hiring for around that.. only they will be 1099'd.

i dont wana step outa bounds here... but didnt you notice "off the books/"

Thats = to 20 hr on the books for him... You know damn well how much i have to pay per billable hr and it isnt fkn 20...

Hey, you also mention "you get what you pay for".... I asked him if hes hung paper before.. his reply and i quote "Yeah sure" then "but... it was with experianced people..."
